Check-in Times: Check-in normally opens 2 1/2 hours before the scheduled departure time of a flight and closes 40 minutes beforehand. This means that passengers must be checked in at least 40 minutes before their scheduled departure time.

Pre Check In

Max Beans' Café and Bar: Located in Rapide House, offering a selection of hot and cold snacks, sandwiches, savouries, beverages, cakes, confectionery, newspapers, magazines, gifts and toiletries.  Al Fresco dining area also available.

Cash Machine: Free Barclays cash machine located outside the cafe in Rapide House.

Bar: Situated in the Departure Lounge and offering a range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

Refreshments: a selection of cold snacks, sandwiches, confectionery and drinks are available in the Departure Lounge.

Airport Shop: A range of gifts, fragrances, newspapers, magazines and books are available.

Foreign Exchange: Available in pre-packaged amounts of 100 Euros from the Airport Shop.

Disabled Access

All passenger areas at Coventry Airport are situated at ground level and are wheelchair accessible. An Induction Loop system is available.
