New Customer Services Manager

Coventry Airport has appointed a new Customer Services Manager whose remit will include co-ordinating the Airport’s Travel Plan and building on the Airport’s excellent customer service record.
Sue Franks, whose background includes retail and operational development, will look at ways of increasing the availability and heightening the profile of travelling by public transport to and from the Airport; in accordance with the Section 106 agreement.
Bill Savage Managing Director said "we are delighted to welcome Sue on board here at Coventry. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service to our passengers and importantly, at looking at ways of improving the take up of public transport amongst both our passengers and staff."
