Cure The Winter Blues By Booking Summer Sun

Thomsonfly.com has announced today that thousands of its flights for Summer 2005 will go on sale this evening (Thursday).

Thomsonfly.com will put flights on sale to seven destinations at prices starting from £17.99 including taxes and charges. Flights from the beginning of April to the end of October will go on sale for Jersey, Palma in Majorca, Pisa in Italy, Ibiza, Malaga and Valencia. Further summer routes, potentially including some new destinations, will be confirmed in the next two months.

Chief Commercial Officer of Thomsonfly.com, Alex Hunter, said, "Since August we have had many enquiries from our passengers, that have already travelled, who are eager to book their flights for 2005. Now that the nights are drawing in thoughts of next summer's holiday give people something to look forward to."

He continued, "It's great to be returning to destinations that have proved extremely popular with our customers - both in the UK and those visiting from overseas. We are looking forward to releasing the full flight programme in the next couple of months as this may include flight routes to destinations that Thomsonfly.com has not travelled to before. That's great news for us and even more holiday choices for travellers in the region."

Thomsonfly.com operated 12 routes from Coventry Airport in Summer 2004 and the 14 winter routes are already being introduced. New additions for the winter months are Amsterdam, the Irish destinations Cork and Shannon, popular winter sun spot Alicante and ski routes Salzburg and Lyon.
