Special Assistance
Coventry Airport is dedicated to providing all passengers with an enjoyable travelling experience and as such has arranged for the airport’s handling agent, Flight Support, to be on hand to provide special assistance for those who require it.
To request special assistance at the airport please notify your airline at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight. This request should also include details of your return flight.

If you are unable to give 48 hours notice, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide assistance but priority will be given to those passengers who have pre-notified us.
Special Assistance is available daily during the following hours:

**The following day
Please notify staff of your arrival at the airport by pressing the call button at the gate or advising the car park attendant.
The special assistance help desk is located within the Departures Terminal or alternatively inform the check in staff at the Airport.
Car Parking
Dedicated disabled pick up and drop off spaces are available close to the terminal. Long stay spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. A Blue Badge replacement scheme is in place to enable holders to take their badge away with them, please ask at the car park gate.
Induction Loop System
Induction Loop systems are available at various locations throughout Departures, Arrivals and in Horizons café.
